Closed Harbour Beach Park Ground Breaking

The occasion was the Ground Breaking Ceremony for the Closed Harbour Beach Park, held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at the location (known as Dump Up Beach) in Montego Bay St. James. The Closed Harbour Beach Park development forms a part of the UDC’s Montego Bay Redevelopment Programme which will see the conversion of the 16-acre property into a world class recreational space.
