LEASE AND MANAGEMENT OF FOOD BAZAAR, KINGSTON WATERFRONT
The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) invites interested persons to submit proposals for the Lease and Management of Food Bazaar, Kingston Waterfront.
The development of the public spaces should facilitate a mixture of uses to accommodate multi-purposes active and passive recreational activities, gastronomy and cultural expressions.
Applicants are invited to submit offers in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Information Memorandum Document (IMD). The IMD is available on the UDC’s website at http://www.udcja.com/investments-opportunities as of Thursday March 28, 2019. The document is also available at the address below between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., Monday to Friday, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $2,500.00 by cash or Manager’s Cheque to the Urban Development Corporation.
REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION
Prospective proponents may seek and receive clarification of any part of this Request for Proposal (RFP) at any time, before Friday, April 26, 2019 on or before 4:30 p.m.
The “Technical” and “Financial” sections of the Proposal are to be packaged separately in sealed envelopes which are to be marked accordingly (that is, ‘Technical’ and ‘Financial’). Both envelopes are to be placed in a third envelope, sealed and labelled “Lease and Management of Food Bazaar, Kingston Waterfront” and addressed to:

Sealed and labelled Proposals should be deposited Thursday, May 16, 2019 no later than 10:00 a.m., in the Tender Box labelled “Request for Proposals - Lease and Management of Food Bazaar, Kingston Waterfront” located on the ground floor of the Office Centre Building, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston.
The opening of proposals will commence at 10:15 a.m., on the same day on the Ground Floor of the UDC Office.
