The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) invites suitable qualified Consultants to submit proposals to conduct a Housing Socio-Economic Survey and Assessment for the Government Campus Project.
SCOPE OF WORKS:
The project entails undertaking a housing socio-economic survey of the communities’ residents within the area defined as the Government Campus. The activities include the documentation of the existing housing situation, and the analysis and presentation of this information in a comprehensive report.
The detailed Terms of Reference is defined in the Request for Proposal.
ELIGIBILITY OF BIDDERS:
Bidders MUST submit the following with their bids:
· A copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
· Copy of Registration/Certificate of Incorporation

Bids submitted without a valid TCC will be automatically rejected.
COLLECTION OF BIDDING DOCUMENT:
This in an online Tender, where bidding documents and bids will only be made available and accepted via the electronic Government Procurement Portal (www.gojep.gov.jm).
Bidding Documents will be available, for download, on Monday September 20, 2021.
A virtual Pre-Bid Meeting will be held. The location, date and time for the Pre-Bid Meeting are as follows:

Time: 11:00 a.m.
Bidders wishing to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting must notify the Director – Strategic Sourcing & Procurement by email (email@example.com), no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, September 24, 2021, listing the contact information of the individual who will attend, (name, e-mail address and telephone). A link will be issued only to bidders that confirmed their interest.
CLARIFICATION AND QUERIES:
The UDC will respond to any request for clarification received by Wednesday, October 6, 2021.
No offline (hard copy) will be accepted and there will be no physical tender box for drop-off of bids.
The deadline for submission of bids via www.gojep.gov.jm is Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Late bids will be automatically rejected by the system.
An online bid opening will take place on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 2:15 p.m.
An online bid opening report will be generated by the GOJEP System and will be accessible to all Bidders who submitted a bid.
