PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE NEXT CITY PUBLIC EDUCATION CAMPAIGN

The Urban Development Corporation (UDC), in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2015 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2018 invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the development and execution of a comprehensive campaign for the Corporation’s Next City Public Education Campaign.

ELIGIBILITY OF BIDDERS:

Bidders MUST submit the following with their proposals:

· A copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)

PROPOSALS SUBMITTED WITHOUT A VALID TCC WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.

AVAILABILITY OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS

Bidding Documents will be available for download as of Monday, October 4, 2021 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website (www.gojep.gov.jm)

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING

A pre-proposal meeting will be held. The location, date and time for the meeting are as follows:

Time: 11:00am

Bidders are required to email tenders@udcja.com by Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 12:00 noon confirming their interest. Following which a link will be shared.

CLARIFICATION AND QUERIES

The UDC will respond to any request for clarification received by Monday, November 1, 2021.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS Proposals must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm by Monday, November 8, 2021 at 2:00pm. Late proposals will be automatically rejected by the system.

PROPOSAL OPENING

An online proposal opening will take place on Monday, November 8, 2021 at 2:15pm.

An online proposal opening report will be generated by the GOJEP System and will be accessible to all Bidders who submitted a proposal.

This is an online tender where proposals will only be made available and accepted via the Government Electronic Procurement Portal (www.gojep.gov.jm). No offline (hardcopy) bids will be accepted and there will be no physical box for drop-off of proposals.
