The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) invites proposals for the Acquisition and Development of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Lands Part of Mammee Bay, St. Ann for commercial development. Lots are available to be purchased en-bloc, only, as such offers are to be made as for all three parcels as one.
SITE CHARACTERISTICS
The property is located at the round-about intersection for the Edward Seaga Highway on the coastal main road from Ocho Rios to Drax Hall at Mammee Bay. It is immediately across from the entrance to Old Fort Bay.

DEADLINES
Sealed and labelled proposals must be submitted no later than Thursday, March 17th, 2022 by or before 2:00 p.m. They must be deposited in the Tender Box labelled ‘Request for Proposal Sale of Lands of Mammee Bay, Saint Ann’, located at UDC’s Head Office, ground floor, Office Centre Building, 12 Ocean Boulevard. Requests for clarification may be submitted via tenders@udcja.com by March 3rd, 2022
OPENING OF PROPOSALS
The opening of proposals will commence at 2:15 p.m. on the same day (Thursday, March 17, 2022) on the Ground Floor of the Office Centre Building.
The activity will be face to face and as such all covid-19 protocols will be observed.
