DISPOSAL OF DERELICT MOTOR VEHICLES
The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) invites interested persons to submit sealed bids for the purchase of the following vehicles, as is where is:

Bidders will be required to submit the following documents with their bids:
1. Completed Application Form – Application Forms may be downloaded here or collected from the UDC’s Head Office, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston
2. Manager’s Cheque – 10% of the offer price – Manager’s Cheque will be returned to all unsuccessful bidders. Final payment is required two (2) weeks after being selected as the successful bidder
3. Tax Registration Number (TRN) and
4. Certified copy of a valid form of identification
Viewing of Vehicles:

Bids must be deposited in a sealed envelope labelled “Bid Offer: Disposal of Derelict Motor Vehicles”, by August 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., in the tender box located at:
Urban Development Corporation
Ground Floor, 12 Ocean Boulevard
Bids submitted after this time and date will automatically be disqualified.
Bid opening will held on August 19, 2022 at 2:15 p.m. on the Ground Floor at the UDC’s Head Office.
The UDC reserves the right not to accept any tender or to annul the tender process and reject all tenders at any time prior to the award without incurring any liability.
