SUPPLY OF FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES FOR THE MAIN CONCOURSE AND HARBOUR LOUNGE AT THE JAMAICA CONFERENCE CENTRE

The Urban Development Corporation (UDC), in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2015 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2018 invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the Supply of Furniture and Accessories for the Main Concourse and Harbour Lounge at the Jamaica Conference Centre. Bidding will be conducted using the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement methodology via the Government of Jamaica’s eProcurement (GOJEP) System.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Bidders MUST submit the following documents with their bids:
· A copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
· A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Certificate of Registration in any of the following categories:

Ø Furniture Manufacture, Repairs and Supply
Ø General Supplies
Ø Office Equipment Supplies Parts and Supplies

BIDS SUBMITTED WITHOUT A VALID TCC OR PPC CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.

AVAILABILITY OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Bidding Documents will be available for download as of Friday, November 25, 2022 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website (www.gojep.gov.jm)

CLARIFICATION AND QUERIES
The UDC will respond to any request for clarification received by Tuesday, December 13, 2022.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm by Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 2:00pm. Late bids will be automatically rejected by the system.

BID OPENING
An online bid opening will take place on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 2:15pm.

An online bid opening report will be generated by the GOJEP System and will be accessible to all Bidders who submitted a bid.
