| Eligibility: | A valid Tax Compliance Certificate/ Letter (TCC/TCL) and registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in the category Safety and Security Services- Guard Services are required at the time of Bid Submission. |
| Procurement Method: | Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement Act, 2015 & Public Procurement Regulation, 2018. |

| Tender Document: Site Visit: | Will be available for download as of May 19, 2025, from the GoJ Electronic Procurement website at www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions are available on the website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm/epps/home.do. Mandatory registration is required for suppliers to participate. A Site visit is scheduled to be held at Lot 26, Portmore Resilience Park, St. Catherine, on the date and time outlined in the bidding document. Bidders who intend to attend the site visit are to advise the UDC of their interest no later than May 30, 2025, by emailing tenders@udcja.com. Failure to obtain the bidding documents from the UDC via the GoJ Electronic Procurement website will result in the Bidder’s ineligibility to participate in the procurement process. |
| Deadline for submission: | Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than July 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Jamaica Time (UTC 5). Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system.Online Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15 p.m. |
