UDC UNLOCKING REAL ESTATE VALUE IN PORTLAND

-Fairy Hill Lot 56 Now Open for Competitive Bids

Kingston, Jamaica, June 17, 2025 – The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) is continuing its mandate to transform Jamaica’s urban and resort communities by unlocking new opportunities in the real estate market. The latest offering, Lot 56, Fairy Hill Estate in Portland, signals UDC’s commitment to structured development and sustainable land use in one of the island’s most naturally beautiful regions.

Located between Boston and Port Antonio, this seaside residential lot forms part of the Fairy Hill Estate and offers nearly 14,000 square feet of development potential. With views framed by lush greenery and easy access to some of Jamaica’s most pristine beaches, the property is ideally situated for private residential development or retreat-style living.
