L-r Reynold Scott, Board Director, Urban Development Corporation (UDC), The Most Honourable Edward Seaga, former Prime Minister of Jamaica and Desmond Malcolm, General Manager, UDC examine plans for downtown Kingston. They are joined by Dr David McBean, consultant and moderator for the first in the Leaders-to-Leaders Speaker Series which was held on Monday 22, July 2013 at the Jamaica Pegasus. Both Mr.Seaga and Mr. Malcolm presented on the theme, “Transforming Our Downtown and Urban Core: Why It Is Good For Business. The UDC which is celebrating 45 years of making development happen in Jamaica is coordinating the Downtown Kingston and Port Royal Redevelopment Plan, in collaboration with other stakeholder agencies.
