(TPDCo Craft Market Contract) -: Executive Director of the Tourism Product Development Company (TPDCo), Dennis Hickey (centre); CEO of Marshall Construction Company Ltd., Alphanso Reynolds (left); and Deputy General Manager, Development Planning and Management Division, Urban Development Corporation (UDC), Lorna Perkins (right), sign copies of a contract for the upgrading of the Harbour Street Craft Market in Montego Bay. The contract signing took place recently at TPDCo’s Knutsford Boulevard offices. TPDCo awarded the contract for the project which includes the installation of new roof sheeting, general repairs and painting. Marshall Construction Company will be carrying out the repairs to the market, while the UDC will provide technical services. The repair work will cost $44 million and is being financed by the Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF). The project is expected to begin in March 2014 and will run for four months.
