Contract signing for Harbour St Craft Mkt, MoBay

(TPDCo Harbour Street Craft Market Contract) -: Executive Director of the Tourism Product Development Company (TPDCo), Dennis Hickey (centre), shakes hands with CEO of Marshall Construction Company Ltd., Alphanso Reynolds (2nd left), following the signing of a $44 million contract for the renovation of the Harbour Street Craft Market in Montego Bay. The contract signing took place recently at TPDCo’s Knutsford Boulevard offices. The project includes the installation of new roof sheeting and sanitary conveniences, as well as general repairs and painting and is being financed by the Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF) to the tune of $44 million. TPDCo awarded the contract to Marshall Construction Company, which will be carrying out the repairs to the market, while the UDC will provide technical services.
