UDC Requests Proposals for Diversification of Offerings at Dunn’s River Falls and Park

The Urban Development Corporation, operators and owners of Dunn’s River Falls and Park (DRFP), is inviting proposals for the construction, operation and maintenance of diversified entertainment offerings at the Park. This is part of the Corporation’s programme for the continued development of the DRFP.

The Corporation advises that these new features or activities must be complementary to the existing facilities and offerings of the Park and should enhance the Dunn’s River experience.

Submissions of business plans must include a summary of the development concept of the attraction; schematic layouts to support the construction of the new feature; a specific monetary offer for the right to operation this attraction and/or a revenue sharing arrangement. The proposals must also show evidence of the ability to finance the construction, maintenance, operation and future expansion of this value-added feature activity.

Request for proposals must be sealed and deposited in the Tender Box marked Request for Proposal, Attraction for Dunn’s River Falls and Park, at the Office Centre Building, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston. All proposals must be submitted to the UDC by 10 a.m. on October 23, 2014.
