The occasion was a stakeholders meeting on February 12, 2015 at the St. John’s Anglican Church in Ocho Rios as broad concepts for the development of the Ocho Rios Fishing Village were presented by a joint team from the Port Authority of Jamaica and the UDC along with the Ministries of Transport, Works and Housing and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
