The occasion was a stakeholders meeting on February 12, 2015 at the St. John’s Anglican Church in Ocho Rios as broad concepts for the development of the Ocho Rios Fishing Village were presented by a joint team from the Port Authority of Jamaica and the UDC along with the Ministries of Transport, Works and Housing and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. The Association has committed to providing their response to the proposal at the next stakeholder meeting.
