Desmond Malcolm (right), General Manager of the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) hands Leanna Bernard a cheque valued at $10,000. The occasion was the UDC’s annual GSAT Awards Luncheon held on August 29, 2014 at The Jamaica Conference Centre in Kingston. The GSAT Awards Luncheon is an annual event held by the UDC for children of staff members as a part of its commitment to education and the development of the island’s human resource capital.
