Rean Goulbourne (left), Sales Director at the Urban Development Corporation (UDC), welcomes the spouses of diplomats who were participants in a cultural and shopping experience facilitated by the Corporation on Thursday, February 12 at the Victoria Craft Market. The activity was a part of Diplomatic Week 2015, which was observed February 8 to 13, under the theme ‘Building Partnerships for Sustainable Development’.’ The group was treated to live music by the Harmonizers band as well as refreshing jelly coconuts and other Jamaican delights. The week is designed to update diplomats on political, social, and economic developments in the country while allowing them to enjoy what Jamaica has to offer. The Kingston Craft Market is owned and operated by the UDC and forms part of its redevelopment plans for downtown Kingston.
