The Simon Bolivar Cutural Centre in downtown Kingston designed and constructed by the Urban Development Corporation through funding from the Government of Venezuela through the Petro Caribe Fund and the Government of Jamaica. The UDC has successfully managed various projects over the years through the Petro Caribe (formerly San Jose Accord) fund inclusive of works at National Stadium Eastern field in Kingston, Montego Bay Sports Complex, St. James and the Port Maria Civic Centre, St. Mary.
