Min Bartlett is flanked by Mr Ransford Braham, Chairman of the UDC at right and Mr Peter McConnell at left. The UDC and the Ministry of Tourism has worked on a number of key projects such as the upgrading of the Turtle River Road in Ocho Rios where the UDC acted as project designer and manager.
