UDC utilises pioneering technolgy in collaboration with world leader Esri

The occasion was a required technical knowledge transfer session held on September 20, 2016 as stipulated by the Esri/GoJ Enterprise Licence Agreement (ELA) signed in 2015. The Corporation is the first Jamaican Government entity to apply the Esri based technology to create an interactive story mapping application. This application is an public engagement tool used to market and sensitise existing and potential visitors about our varied world renown attractions such as Dunn’s River Falls and Green Grotto Caves both in St. Ann, Reach Falls in Portland and Fort Clarence Beach in St. Catherine among others.
