Minister of Finance, Dr the Honourable Nigel Clarke and the Urban Development Corporation’s (UDC) Chairman, Senator Ransford Braham greet each other at the Houses of Parliament Design Competition Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the National Heroes Park in Kingston. The UDC was mandated to manage the execution of the Competition, which commenced in May 2018 for the sole purpose of securing an architectural design for a purpose-built parliamentary building.
