| Description of Works: | The UDC wishes to identify suitably qualified Design Consulting Firms with whom the Corporation can establish framework agreements for the provision of full or partial slate of design services related to Construction Design and Supervision of Building and Infrastructure Works. Firms shortlisted will be utilized for various assignments over a three-year period, each assignment will be executed through calldown agreements at the time when the services are needed. |

| Procurement Method: | Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement Act, 2015 & Public Procurement Regulation, 2018. |
