| Description of Works: | The UDC is seeking suitably qualified contractors for the execution of works. Works comprise of but not limited to renovation of the ventilating and cooling system, upgrading the central chillers, water pumps, building automation, hydronic distribution and electrical installation, including works as specified. |
| Eligibility: | A valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Tax Compliance Letter (TCC/TCL)A valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Registration Certificate in the category of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration- Grade 1. |
| Procurement Method: | Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement Act, 2015 & Public Procurement Regulation, 2018. |

| Deadline for submission: | Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than November 08, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Jamaica Time (UTC 5). Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system. Online Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15 p.m. |
