| Description of Works: | The contractor is required to provide landscape management and ground maintenance services at the Urban Development Corporation, its environs along the Kingston Waterfront and properties in Caymanas and Hellshire St. Catherine. |
| Eligibility: | A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) & registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in the category of Landscaping (Grade 2 or above) is required at the time of Bid Submission). |
| Procurement Method: | Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement Act, 2015 & Public Procurement Regulation, 2018. |

| Tender Document: Site Visit: | Will be available for download as of August 15, 2024 from the GoJ Electronic Procurement website at www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions are available on the website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm/epps/home.do .Mandatory registration is required for suppliers to participate. A site visit is scheduled to be held. Refer to the bidding document for further details. Bidders who wishes to attend the site visit are to advise the UDC of their participation no later than August 29, 2024 by emailing tenders@udcja.com. Failure to obtain the bidding documents from the UDC via the GoJ Electronic Procurement website will result in the Bidder’s ineligibility to participate in the procurement process. |
| Deadline for submission: | Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than September 17, 2024, at 2:00p.m.. Jamaica Time (UTC 5). Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system. Online Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15 p.m. |
