Description:    Qualified vendors are invited to submit bids for a Storage Array Server and Storage Expansion Enclosure to uphold the ongoing dependability and efficacy of UDC’s ICT infrastructure. The Storage Area Network (SAN) will be used for Datastore Clusters.
  Eligibility:                         A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) & certificate of registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in any one of the following                       Goods and Services category(ies): Computers, Computer Equipment, Parts & Supplies;Computers & Related Services;Computers and Supplies orInformation Technology Services  
Procurement Method:Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement Act, 2015 & Public Procurement Regulation, 2018.

  Tender Document:                                                        Site Visit:  is available for download from the GoJ Electronic Procurement website at www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions are available on the website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm/epps/home.do. Mandatory registration is required for suppliers to participate.     The Bidder may wish to visit the examine the site(s) of the project and obtain for themselves, at their own responsibility and risk, all information that may be necessary for preparing the quotation and entering into the procurement contract. The costs of visiting the site(s) shall be at the bidder’s own expense.     Failure to obtain the bidding documents from the UDC via the GoJ Electronic Procurement website will result in the Bidder’s ineligibility to participate in the procurement process.
Deadline for submission:Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than November 6, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Jamaica Time (UTC 5). Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system. Online Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15 p.m.
