SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A WIFI SOLUTION AT THE HARMONY BEACH PARK, MONTEGO BAY, ST. JAMES
The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) invites suitable qualified companies/firms to submit bids for the Provision of a WIFI Solution at the Harmony Beach Park, Montego Bay, St. James.
Eligibility Criteria:
Firms are required to submit the following mandatory documents with their proposal:
• Proof of Tax Compliance – valid Tax Compliance Certificate (expired TCC will be rejected).
• Valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Certificate of Registration and Classification in the category of Information Technology Services or Computer and Related Services or Computers, Computer Equipment, Parts & Supplies or Telecommunication Supplies or Telecommunication
Services (expired PPC will be rejected).
Proposals submitted without the above mandatory documents will be automatically rejected.
Collection of Bidding Documents:
This is an online Tender, where bidding documents and bids will only be made available and accepted via the electronic Government Procurement Portal (www.gojep.gov.jm). Bidding documents are now available for download on the GOJEP website.
Clarifications and Queries:
Requests for clarifications and queries should be received by the Procuring Entity no later than: three (3) days before the deadline for submission of bids.
Bid Submission:
No offline (hard copies) will be accepted and there will be no physical tender box for drop-off of bids.
The deadline for submission of bids shall be January 27, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The time displayed on the eGP System will be used as the bid submission time.
Bids submitted after this time and date will automatically be rejected by the system.

Opening of Bids:
The opening of bids shall be conducted on January 27, 2022 at 2:15 p.m. The opening will be conducted via the e-GP System and a report will be accessible via the platform to all bidders that submitted bids.
