THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION REQUIRES A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT HARMONY BEACH PARK
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative has responsibility for identifying the customers’ needs as they relate to the utilization of the Beach Park and ensuring that these needs are adequately satisfied. This includes providing information about the property, booking and coordinating events, sales of tickets and accounting for such sales on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate should have:
Specific Knowledge, Qualification and Experience
· A Minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Principles of Accounts
· Team Jamaica Certification
· Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position
· Sound knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Working knowledge of accounting principles
· Working knowledge of office procedures and practices
Required Skills and Specialized Techniques
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong selling skills
· Ability to do basic mathematical computations
· Excellent communication and time management skills
