| Description of Works: | The UDC is seeking a suitably qualified firm to provide landscape management and ground maintenance services for the 16-acre beach front property of Harmony Beach Park, which was recently landscaped with a diverse variety of approximately 700 plant species, 9000 shrubs and 7 acres of zoysia lawn. |
| Eligibility: | A valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Tax Compliance LetterA valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Registration Certificate in the General Services Category, specializing in Ground Maintenance OR the Works Category, specializing in Landscaping – Grade 2 or above Eligibility documents are required at the time of Bid Submission |
| Procurement Method: | Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement Act, 2015 & Public Procurement Regulation, 2018. |
