| Description of Goods: | The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) requests bids from qualified solution providers to supply and install an Automated Car Park Management System (APMS) at the Portmore Resilience Park, to enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, streamline revenue collection, and optimize space utilization. The Project includes the provision and installation of hardware and software necessary for the automation of the car park operations at the Portmore Resilience Park located at Lot 26, Portmore Town Centre, in St. Catherine. |
| Eligibility: | A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) & Certificate of Registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in any one of the following Goods, Services, or Works categories are required at the time of Bid Submission: Computers, Computer Equipment, Parts & Supplies; Electrical Equipment, Parts & Supplies;Electronic Equipment, Parts & Supplies;Intrusion Detection Equipment, Parts and Supplies;Safety and Security Services – Safety Equipment Installation and Service;Security Systems (Grade 2 or greater). |
| Procurement Method: | Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement Act, 2015 & Public Procurement Regulation, 2018. |

| Tender Document: Pre-bid Meeting & Site Visit | Available for download as of January 15, 2025, from the GoJ Electronic Procurement website at www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions are available on the website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm/epps/home.do. Mandatory registration is required for suppliers to participate. A pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled to be held at Lot 26, Portmore Town Centre, St. Catherine on January 22, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Bidders wishing to participate should contact the undersigned by end of business day on January 21, 2025. Failure to obtain the bidding documents from the UDC via the GoJ Electronic Procurement website will result in the Bidder’s ineligibility to participate in the procurement process. |
| Deadline for submission: | Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than February 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Jamaica Time (UTC 5). Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system. Online Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15 p.m. |
