| Description of Service: | The Urban Development Corporation is seeking a suitably qualified Consultant to design, develop, and maintain a modern, user-friendly, and interactive website for Portmore Resilience Park. The website should include a 360-degree virtual tour, and online interaction with park facilities, and serve as a platform for park announcements and visitor engagement. |
| Eligibility: | A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) |
| Procurement Method: | Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement Act, 2015 & Public Procurement Regulation, 2018. |
