OCHO RIOS BAY BEACH ANNOUNCES NEW ENTRY FEES EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 18, 2025

Ocho Rios, Jamaica – January 23, 2025 – The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) has announced an adjustment in entry fees at Ocho Rios Bay Beach (ORBB) effective February 18, 2025. This change is necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of the popular beach destination and maintain its offerings for visitors.

This entry fee increase is the first in 18 years and reflects the rise in operating costs, including staffing, security, and maintenance. The revenue generated will be used to enhance visitors’ experience through future improvements

New rates will apply to both resident and non-resident adults and children. Resident adults will now pay J$400 while accompanying children between ages 4-11 years old will remain at J$100.

Non-resident adult will pay USD$10 and accompanying children and crew members of cruise ships, USD$7.

ORBB offers pristine white sands, crystal-clear waters, and a range of amenities including water sports, a snack shop, and picnic facilities. The beach has achieved prestigious Blue Flag Certification and continues to be a popular destination for both locals and tourists.

The UDC remains committed to providing a world-class experience for all visitors to Ocho Rios Bay Beach and its various attractions in St Ann such as The World-Famous Dunn’s River Falls and Park, Green Grotto Caves and Attractions and Turtle River Park.
