“Lot 15, Harbour Circle (East), Montego Bay, St. James” for commercial development. The subject property is registered at Volume 1244 Folio 774, with an approximate area of 4,007.00 m? (43,130.43 ft’).
This site is rectangular in shape, with road frontage of about 93 feet, and set above the road grade and a few meters above the sea level. It is graded level and appears free draining and stable, there may be instances during the winter months when the location is impacted by storm surges.
The subject property is situated just west of Howard Cooke Boulevard and is accessed by turning onto Lower Market Street in the vicinity of Sagicor Bank and the recently opened Harbour City Shopping Mall and continuing to the next bend where it is situated on the western side of the roadway.
The property is bounded as follows:
North – by Lot 14 Montego Bay Waterfront – Harbour City Shopping Mall;
South – by Lots 16 & 22 Montego Bay Waterfront;
East – by Harbour Circle East – access;
West – by Caribbean Sea.
The sale price (minimum bid) to purchase Lot 15, Harbour Circle (East), Montego Bay, St. James, registered at Volume 1244 Folio 774 is Two Hundred and Thirty Million, Five Hundred Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$230,500,000.00). Offers below the reserve price amount will NOT be accepted.
Please note that GCT, Transfer tax and Stamp duty will be subsequently applied to the bidding amount.
