| Description: | Qualified Contractors are invited to submit bids to provide collection and disposal services for commercial refuse as follows: Lo1 1 – Provision of Garbage Collection and Disposal Services for UDC-owned Facilities in Kingston and St. Catherine Lot 2 – Provision of Garbage Collection and Disposal Services for UDC Operated Facilities in Kingston, namely the Jamaica Conference Centre (JCC) The services should include rental of garbage skips, where required. |
| Eligibility: | A valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Tax Compliance LetterA valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Registration Certificate in one of the categories: Janitorial Sanitation Service; OR Transportation & Haulage – Garbage Collection & Disposal |
| Procurement Method: | Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Competition procedures as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2025 & Public Procurement Regulations, 2025. |
