| Description of Services: | The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) invites suitably qualified contractors to submit bids for the provision of security services at its properties in St. Ann for a period of two (2) years. |
| Eligibility: | A valid Tax Compliance Certificate/ Letter (TCC/TCL) and registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in the category Safety and Security Services – Guard Services are required at deadline date of Bid Submission. |
| Procurement Method: | Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement Act, 2015 & Public Procurement Regulation, 2018, as amended. |

| Solicitation Document: Site Visit and Pre-Bid Meeting: | Will be available for download as of March 31, 2026, from the GoJ Electronic Procurement website at www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions are available on the website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm/epps/home.do. Mandatory registration is required for suppliers to participate. A site visit and pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on April 10, 2026, at the main visitors’ parking lot at The World Famous Dunn’s River Falls & Park, Ocho Rios, St. Ann. Bidders intending to attend the site visit are required to notify the UDC of their interest no later than April 8, 2026, by submitting an email to tenders@udcja.com. Failure to obtain the bidding documents from the UDC via the GoJ Electronic Procurement website will result in the Bidder’s ineligibility to participate in the procurement process. |
| Deadline for submission: | Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than May 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Jamaica Time (UTC 5). Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system. Online Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15 p.m. |
