The Urban Development Corporation (hereinafter called “UDC”) requests the submission of offers to purchase (“Lands Part of Rodons Pen (also known as Cotton Polyester Textile Factory Complex, St. Catherine.”) The subject property is registered at Volume 1226 Folio 317, with an approximate area of 23.61 acres.

- The subject property is located on the western side of the reserved road. It is approximately 1 kilometre in a westerly direction from Old Harbour Town Centre:
- North: Reserved road
- South: Reserved road
- East: Reserved road
- West: Vacant land
The land has an area of 23.61 acres. It is irregular in shape, lies above road level throughout and appears to be free draining. The boundaries are unsecured except for the southern which is secured with chain-link fencing. A section of the boundaries follows the outline of the main roadway. The site is covered with thick vegetation and large trees.
The reserve price (minimum bid) is Five Hundred Eighty-Five Million Jamaican Dollars ($585,000,000). Offers below the reserve price amount will NOT be accepted. Please note that GCT, Transfer tax and Stamp duty will be subsequently applied to the bidding amount.
