| A valid Tax Compliance Certificate/ Letter (TCC/TCL) and registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in any one (1) of the following Works categories are required at the time of bid submission: Grade 1 in Civil Engineering Works; ORGrade 1 in Road Surfacing; OR Grade 1 in General Road Works. |
| Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Competition procedures, as specified by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2025 and the Public Procurement (Amendment) Regulations, 2025. |

| The UDC will respond to any request for clarification received by October 19, 2026. Bidders are required to upload all requests for clarification on the GOJEP Portal. |
| Bids shall be valid for a period of 180 calendar days commencing on the bid submission date |
| Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than October 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Jamaica Time (UTC 5). Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system. Online Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15 p.m. |
