Registered by survey as all that parcel of land part of Hellshire known as St. Georges in the parish of St. Catherine, as Lot 106 on Deposited Plan 5289. The parcel has an individual land area and title as follows; Lot 106 – Volume Folio 1144 Folio 867 – 1.34 Hectares (3.3 Acres)
This site is irregular in shape, accessed via asphalt paved subdivision roadway (Hellshire Drive) with a view of the Hellshire Hills, the Caribbean Sea and other residential development. The property is gently sloping above road level and appears free draining. It is unsecured at its boundaries, rocky with limestone type rock, and covered in thick shrubs.
The subject lot is located on the western side of Hellshire Drive, approximately 600 meters travelling in a southerly direction from the intersection of Hellshire Park/Hellshire Drive and an unpaved parochial roadway.
