| Eligibility: | A valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Tax Compliance LetterA valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Registration Certificate in the category of Information Technology Services or Computer and Supplies or Computer and Related Supplies. |

| Site Visit: | The Bidder may wish to visit the examine the site(s) of the project and obtain for themselves, at their own responsibility and risk, all information that may be necessary for preparing the quotation and entering into the procurement contract. The costs of visiting the site(s) shall be at the Bidder’s expense. |
| Deadline for submission: | Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than May 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Jamaica Time (UTC 5). Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system. Online Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15 p.m. |
