The subject property can be accessed by travelling easterly along the St Ann’s Bay to Ocho Rios main road. It is located opposite to the Dunn’s River Falls and Mystic Mountain attraction. On reaching the intersection of the Edward Seaga Highway and the Ocho Rios to St. Ann’s Bay Main Road the subject property is located approximately 1km on the sea ward side of the road way immediately passing the Dolphin Cove attraction.
The property is bounded as follows:
§ North – The Caribbean Sea
§ South – Main Road, Oho Rios to St. Ann’s Bay
§ East & West – Land part of Belmont
The reserve rental fee (minimum bid) is One Million Five Hundred Thousand Jamaican Dollars ($1,500,000.00) per annum, with a 7.5% annual increase, 3-yearly rent review, plus General Consumption Tax (GCT) per annum. Offers below the reserve fee amount will NOT be accepted. Please note that GCT, Transfer tax and Stamp duty will be subsequently applied to the bidding amount.
