| Procurement Method: | Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2015, as amended, the Public Procurement Regulations, 2018, as amended, and applicable Government of Jamaica public procurement policies and procedures. |

| Solicitation Document: Site Visit: | Available on the GoJ Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Solicitation Documents are available for download as of September 8, 2026. Registration instructions are available on the website. Mandatory registration is required for vendors to participate. Site visits are scheduled to be held at each location and at the dates and times outlined in the Solicitation Documents. Bidders who intend to attend the site visit are to advise the UDC of their participation no later than September 11, 2026, by emailing tenders@udcja.com. Failure to obtain the Solicitation Documents from the UDC via the GoJ Electronic Procurement website will result in the Bidder’s ineligibility to participate in the procurement process. |
| Deadline for submission: | Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than October 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Jamaica Time (UTC 5). Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system. Online Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15 p.m. |
